Rented Books

If you wish to return a rented book, please ensure that it is within the rental period. Once the rental period ends, the book will automatically be marked as returned in your account. You don't need to take any further action.

If you encounter any issues with the rented book or the rental process, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We're here to help resolve any problems you may encounter.

Purchased Books

If you are not satisfied with a purchased book, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the book must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned book and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damage or Defect

If a rented or purchased book arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
